I am replacing the 10 bolt with a new 12 bolt rearend in our project car when the frame gets back from the blaster. I had a 12 bolt built with 4.10 Richmond gears on a new Eaton Posi Unit. I have already rebuilt the brakes and installed new lines and am currently pressing in the bushing to the upper control arm eyes on the differential casting. My question is how far do you press the new bushing in through the eye. I know I should have paid attention when I took the old one out, but..... That was months ago now and who is to say that it was correct anyway. I pressed the bushing in and it is currently just sticking out the other side of the eye about 1/4 inch. Thanks for the help!
