i have a 1969 el camino and i have taken the whole front end a part, all the way down to the frame. Now i want to start to work on the suspension but i dont know what to buy  , what components should i buy because it all looks like it has to be replaced. it looks like all the bushings have to be replaced, also the shocks, but i dont know about anything else. Any help would be great!! smile.gif

Wear parts I include are:
Upper & lower ball joints (most of the work)
Inner & outer tie rods.
Check you center link for wear.
Idler arm
Sway bar end links

These items if replaced later require another alignment (except for the sway bar end links), so I'd replace them now.

About the only other thing is the coil springs.
But a little sag in the spring is usually ok.
