Hello all; I'm a new member, I have been following along since I bought my 70 SS clone in August of 04. This seems to be an excellant site for information on chevelle's.
I remember reading about members making group buys on Baer brake systems, unless I'm missing something, I dont recall seeing any feed back on like or dislike's. Im currently thinking about upgrading to the serious street package for the front and rear. I'd liked to hear from those of you who currently have this package. Hopefully this will aid in my decision. Thanks :confused:

All the feedback I've read here is that Baer is top shelf quality but high $$.

Baer is OEM quality because that's what it's used on. I wouldn't consider their street kits "high dollar",though. I've got less tha $2K in my El Camino's Baer four wheel disc set-up and I sure wouldn't consider it "low end" stuff.
Most of us have huge amounts of time and money invested in our cars. Who wants to risk all that(and your life) with salvage yard or cobbled-up braking systems?
