I found a deal on a set of 1970 Pontiac Bonneville front brakes and I would like to know if they will fit my 72 chevelle? Thanks for you help.

No they are taller, but they do look the same sitting on the ground. On your drum spindles measure the length between the center hole in the spindle to one of the 2 side holes where the linkage attaches. On the Bonneville spindle that length is longer so the spindle is taller.
