72 malibu- I just installed new wheel cylinders, brake pads and drums. I also installed a new power booster and master cylinder from bendix. I have bled all of the old fluid out of the system and then fully bled all air out. Pedal still goes to floor. I disconnected the brake lines from the master, and the master gives me a strong pedal with no fade. Reconnect the front lines, strong pedal. Reconnect the rear line, pedal goes to the floor. I re-bled the rear brakes again, checked for leaks(none). Still, the pedal goes to floor.....brakes do grab eventually. I have not hooked up the vacuum, as the engine has not been fired yet...but that shouldn't keep me from getting pedal. Help.

I'd try adjusting the rears. If they are too far out, nothing will happen until the shoes hit the drums.
