While back I posted that my battery died after 4 days. Took it to electrical shop that opened in 1953. Found it to be the turn signal switch feed back through the 4 way flasher and then into turn signal flasher. Replaced switch and no more drain. YES !!!!!! Tired of disconnecting battery after every drive.

Wow, interesting one. Did the lights flash at all? Or was it just the flasher heating but not enough to actually flash a light?

Hi Ron,
No lights flashing or coming on. Just back feeding through the circuit. The guys said it was enough to drain the battery in a week or less. I am so glad we figured it out. He's been doing it for 35 years. One man shop. As soon as he put the meter in line with the positive cable and the + post, he said it will probably be something in the turn signal circuit. How do they do that?
He took the shop from his Dad 35 years ago who had it from 1930.
Great old shop.
