OK, I got the springs out and lived to tell about it :D I removed the two bolts (front and back) where the control arms attach to the frame. I can't get the control arm out of the where it attaches to the cross member. I tried a BFH, but that didn't work. What is holding it in there, and how can I get them out?

I have found that spraying some WD40 around the bushings and prying out and down usually works but you have to earn it :D
