From your personal experience, which "people search" web-sites live up to their claims. Net Detective does a lot of promotion, but seems to have many dissatisfied customers. What works for you? Just looking for phone numbers & addresses, not complete backgrounds. Thanks

None of the ones I've used were much help. I was on the 40th reunion commitee to find missing students. I gave them a list of 25 students and they found one, the same one I found myself.

I tried a lot of online search places and got nothing back.

I know you didn't ask about online, but you know of the TV show THE LOCATOR? Well, I emailed them several months ago and the mother of the shows LOCATOR called me and I got some info from her. The fee is $695 for them to "try" and find someone. I don't know if you want to go that route, but I'll give you the information and phone number if you would like?

Brian,

www.zabasearch.com worked pretty well for me. Also just a simple Google search if you know the person's name and a city they lived in can provide good clues. Also, people tend to stay in contact with at least one classmate. You'd be surprised how many folks you can find that way.

Hope it helps.
