: Adjusting rear drums Non chevelle daveseitz Dec 21st, 03, 12:55 PM I had to put shoes in my beater 84 cutlass. The springs on the brake bar had broken and shoes chattered. There is no access in the housing to adjust the brake and can't get the drum on when shoes are adjusted. Ideas anyone?
