: Will adjustable control arm be enough?

I am going to put an adjustable rear upper control arm on my 66 to try to get it to keep from spinning at the track. Do you all think this will be enough or will I need to do more. The gears are 3.08 and I am at about 360hp.

Personally, I don't think it will do any good. I think your money would be better spent on SSM Lift bars or No Hop bars. Either will relocate the instant center for more weight transfer to the rear tires.

3.08 gears are a big part of your spinning problem. While they are a bit harder to start spinning, they stay spinning much longer than a lower gear will. With lower gears, the car catches up with the tires much sooner.

I agree with Pat.
Adjusting pinion angle is not the correct or efficent way to achieve better traction.
Shifting the IC is the way to go. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
I recommend the SSM (Jegs) bars.
This is from a guy who's been actively searching for more traction. :(

Then you'll see the " :D ".
