What benefit will I get from a rear sway bar. I have a 72 wagon.

rear of car won't sway as much and nowhere near the body roll
it does seem to stiffin up the ride
between the bar some variable rate springs and regular duty gas shocks these make the car handle so much better without shelling out some major green
definately much stiffer
