I've gathered up all the front dics parts from a 71 Monte to install on my front drum 69 Chevelle.
Three questions:
1) Is with a BB and tall valve covers, if I don't have the clearence for the booster can I use a non power master cylinder and still have good brakes? I'm sure braking will be much improved over 4 wheel non power drums.
2) Can I use the proprotion valve that came with the power brake set up, and where does it mount, frame or up near the master? (Headers are really close to the exsisting distibution block on frame and the proportion seems thicker  )
And
3) Should I eliminate the exsisting distribution block that is currently mounted on the frame and being used w/the drum set up, or should I utilize it by running the new lines from the proportion valve so I don't have to spilce or extend those lines? Answer to question 2 may help answer this one
Never did this before and want to do it correctly. ;)
