I have power disk brakes on my 71 chevelle but i think they're not really grabbing. If i'm driving and apply too much pressure on the brakes, my rear brakes lock up.

Also i noticed that my front wheels don't get covered in brake dust like they should.

I was thinking maybe my booster or the proportioning valve not working right?

And when trying to power lock, the car just keeps moving. any suggestions???
