I painted my dash today, semi gloss black. A few parts of the dash i noticed "fisheyes." I am assuming this is because I did not degrease it. All i did was wash it with soap and water, and used scotch brite pads to rough it up. The areas with fisheyes, I sanded down and repainted. The fisheyes disappeared but my question is, will they come back? Should I start over and degrease the dash, then paint again...or will I be ok? Thanks.

The 'fish-eye' effect happens when the paint is in liquid form only. The surface has a flaw that rejects the paint. If you have successfully repainted with no problems, then you are golden.

I have used wax and grease remover and had fisheyes...
I didnt let the remover evaporate completely before I painted...

If you spray your intial coats of paint very dry/light you should eliminate your fish eye problems.
