64 malibu interior door, both driver and passenger side there are two holes just above the door panel just below the triangle window. What goes there? I have looked at pictures and it looks like a screw is supposed to go there, but what does the screw hold?

It anchors the bottom of the window channel and lets it be adjusted for angle relative to the rubber weatherstripping.
