Does anyone know if I need to replace my control arms to put a sway bar on the rear of my 67.
The car didn't have a sway bar on it when I bought it.

There are a few thing to consider. Are the arms boxed? If not they will be open on the bottom. If they are boxed, any anti-sway bar for your car will fit. If they are not boxed, you have three options:

1: box them yourself. Inserts are available. Welding required
2: buy arms already boxed or buy aftermarket arms.
3: get an Addco bar for non-boxed arms. I used one for many years and it works fine. I just happen to have one (http://cochise.uia.net/pkelley2/for_sale.html) I'd like to get rid of.

One other issue. Some non-boxed arms do not have holes in them for the bar. My 67 El Camino didn't. In that case you'll need to locate and drill them.
