Do you tighten the front sway bar with the suspension weighted or doesn't it matter?

Mount the sway bar to the frame,then make sure it moves up and down freely.if it moves nice then install stabilizer links.with the bar freely moving pre loads not needed.only control arm bushings(front/rear) need the final tighten with body weight. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
