Does anyone have access to a Z16 that they could possibly measure the height of the front spindle? I'm curious to know if they were longer than standard due to the big front drum brakes. Also, someone I believe from this forum was talking about repopping these spindles. Thank You.

IIRC, the Z16 used Impala front brakes.

The brakes and hubs were impala parts, the spindles were a hybrid used only on the Z-16s.

You'd probably get more response in the resto forum, most of the guys in here are into racing/performance suspension and brakes.
