found original 69 belts under back seat,pushbutton style.,cannot seem to free them up,,any suggestions on lube also need to clean any suggestions?if need to replace any good suggesttions?thanx

Drop them in a bucket of hot water and tide detergent, soak for about an hour and let drip dry. As for the buckles, if they are rusty you can carefully disassemble them and wire brush the insides.
