Hi,

How much GM power steering fluid do I need to buy to fill up my 1964 power steering pump? Bottles come in 32oz each.

I'm not sure how 64's are equipped, but the later ones have a dipstick built on to the cap with a fluid level indicator on it.

My question was not that clear and I apologize. I was planning on flushing or draining the power steering pump totally. I wasn't sure how many 32oz bottles it would take to totally re-fill once I was complete. I did complete the job and it took a full 32 oz. bottle.
