Okay, I know some of you were going to install the Pole Position adjustible upper front control arms (and some did the install)... The street version with the rubber bushings...
BUT, has anybody actually been driving their car with these yet?
Just want to see if there are any opinions, and any negative issues with them. Any problem with the alignment changing (nuts loosening?)?
I plan on these because I need the extra room at the headers and like the idea of no shims...
Thanks,
Tony

Thanks,
Tony I've had mine on for about 6 months now. After driving for about 1000 miles, I rechecked everything and it was right where it had been. I find aligning the car easier than the shimming method and haven't had any adverse situations yet, but I've only put about 3000 miles on them so far. I would definitely recommend them, not only for adjustability, but $$$ as well. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Hello,
I have not purchased a set of Pole Position Uppers yet. The tech guy said they are designed for race duty, so they should have no problem what so ever for road useage. They do use a K5208 ball joint for your application. As far as them going out of alignment, my old Dodge Intrepid used a jamb nut on each end of the tie rod adjusting sleeve just like these upper arms. Never had a problem with it coming loose. In fact, when I had to replace the tie rod end it was quite the battle to get it apart.
