What happening is the right blinker wont stay on because there is not enough play in the wheel. The left stay's ok.So there is no way to solve this?

Yes, with the column in the centered position, and the turn signal switch and cancelling cam installed in the right postion, it will work.
As above, there is not any specific adjustment, but careful assembly should get it where it needs to be.
Also note where and how the steering wheel installs and lines up.
Last, the front end needs to be aligned so that straight ahead for the tires is also straight ahead for the steering wheel.

So i need to take the assembly apart were the canceling cam is behind the wheel and move it to work right?

There are a couple of possible causes for turn signals not cancelling or turn signals having erratic cancelling. Some possible problems just came to mind. They depend upon what could have gone wrong and when.
For instance:
1). Did your turn signals cancel correctly and then they just stopped? This would lead me to think that you have a broken or dislodged cancelling spring on the turn signal switch.

2). Since you owned the car have the turn signals always been erratic?
3). Did you disconnect your steering components and replaced any of them - and then your turn signal started acting up?
The above two possibilities involve the steering column not being on center like it is supposed to be. With locking steering columns the column has a distinct 12 o'clock position just like the gear has a 12 o'clock position. They both need to be clocked together otherwise you will find very erratic cancelling of your turn signals.
Here is a paper on steering system centering. It addresses the correct procedures for setting all the steering components correctly.
