Hi Iam new to this site.I see the site is Chevelle. Is it ok to ask a question about a Ford? Anyway I have a 74 Lincoln Continental which has had a exhaust manifold leak for a while now.A mechanic told me if I did not get this fixed it would mess up my valves. Is this correct? And approximately how much is this to fix? Just a rough estimate.And what other problems can occur by not fixing it? Iam a woman and don't know much about this and some mechanics could rip me off because of this. I LOVE my car she is old but I want her around for as long as possible.One guy told me the leak wont hurt nothing and another said it would hurt the heads. She has a 460 and the one guy said it was leaking on both sides. ANY info would be HIGHLY APREICATED Thank you for reading
