The College Hill Center will play host to the Tennessee Trash-Bash Cruizin Car Show July 25th from 11am to 6pm. From 1 to 2pm there will be a Poker Run in town with door prizes for the top two poker hands. There will be food available for the public, door prizes throughout the afternoon and 40s and 50s music sound of Alex Words' PIG&WISTLE Party.
Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Brownsville/Haywood County Humane Society.
Registration Fee is $10 per vehicle, but the event is free for the public to attend.

I like it, tenn trash!!

I used to be a member of this club in the '80's. We took alot of flack for the name but it really wasn't like that. We were talking about our cars..... Later on Tennessee had an ad campaign that featured a Corvair with the top cut off and these guys going down the highway throwing litter out onto the road. It had a nice little jingle "Tennessee Trash Littering up the Highway" We didn't let it bother us, we use it as publicity. We even tried to buy the Covrair.:thumbsup:
