I'm trying to install my wireless connection The F2 button Dell Laptop Latitude D600 does not seem to show any response any where on the laptop screen. I have other problems but will work through them. I want windows to be the installer.

I used Linksys disk to install my router on my PC which is hardwired. I also installed linksys software on my laptop I want windows to do the wireless setup on my laptop. I don't know if windows will see my wireless side of the Linksys router if I delete the Llinksys software using control panel ad or remove Linksys.. Thanks in Advance

On the D600 you need to press Fn+F2. You will most likely need the Dell Wireless Utility installed.

Rob,

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. Expand Services and Applications in the left hand tree by clicking on the plus sign. Select Services. Scroll down to Wireless Zero Configuration. Start it. This will allow your computer to use the Windows Wireless management instead of the linksys mgmt.

Hope this helps.

MY network says limited or no connectivity when I look at the SSID DEL Utility it says the same thing but signal excellent. My laptop is less than one foot away from the router.
