Does anyone have wilwood brakes? How do you like them and how do they work. I'm looking to doing a disc brake conversion and i'm looking at these. There only like $100 to $125 more then the oe brakes and i was wondering if there worth it.

thanks,

The good 6 piston kits are really good but they run 1600. The 600 kits you are looking at not designed for street use. They use thin rotors and small piston Dynalite calipers, good for drag use/fairgrounds princess-not street car.

I'm looking at the dynalite 4-piston HD pro-seres front kit. Its made for drag racing or street cars. This put some on a camaro in the new car craft. I also called wilwood and they said there great for a street car. They have thicker rotors then the other drag kits.

Yeah, I know which kit you are looking at. I'm sure Wilwood told you it would work fine. Either step up to the big kits or just run some nice stock parts. It's not worth the $$$ to upgrade half-way. This is what front brakes should look like-that is through a 17" wheel by the way- http://www.jackazzmotorsports.com/images/fendoverhaul109c.jpg

Yeah, 13" C5 rotors and 2 piston PBR calipers.
