I'll take a stab at this question as I'm assuming that the smog you are inquiring about is the factory A.I.R. equiptment installed on the solid lifter cars I.E. L78 and LS6 models.
If so, not to my knowledge. There of course were no A.I.R. equipped L34 or LS5 cars or all other engines utilized in the non SS cars.
There was however lots of smog equiptment utilized throughout the 70 models such as TCS and the California emission package NA9 that included a charcoal canister and special fuel tank and vented carburetor etc.
Hope this helps,
Chris
