There's probably a better way to do it but, when I replaced the studs on mine, I loosened the bolts from the back of the rotor to where only a few threads were engaged on each. Then with a hammer and block of wood, working in a star pattern(like tightening lug nuts) I knocked the hub loose from the back.
They get pretty married together after 30+ years and you might have to be pretty persuasive with that hammer. :D

But heck, at only $650, why go through all that. Just replace them.

thats what I figured I could just pick up that cheap set on ebay... or maybe I will attack the old ones with a hammer first. I do have a hydraulic shop press I just didnt want to bend or break anything, do you think using the press on the bolts rather than the hammer would be a good idea?

I don't know the condition of your rotors, but mine really weren't that tough with the hammer. Once it initially breaks loose, you just tap it off the rest of the way. I wouldn't have a problem with using a press, but on a saturday afternoon, you use whatevers handy. I don't even think I had to break out the BFH. smile.gif
