I just put in new rubber control arm bushings? I have the car on jack stands right now. Do i tighten the control arm bolts up right now or do i need to set the car on the ground first? Thanks

I always believed that you torqued the arms with the car on the ground. That's how I did mine, so far so good.....

Yeah, you should always have the weight of the vehicle on the suspension, to avoid 'preloading'...
