Hey everyone,

I have a Borg Warner T-10 4 speed transmission. Not a "super T10" either. I'm going to sell it with a Hurst shifter, and the bell housing.

Anybody have a ball park figure on how much it's worth? It's in perfect working order. I looked around on E-bay and those prices are all over the place, so I couldn't really see how much I should ask for.

Thanks for your help!

:)

The early T10 used from 1957 until 1963 are considered to be weaker than Muncies and aren't sought after for performance reasons anymore. They are primarily sought after for restoration purposes and as such their value is based on dates and other numbers on them, not to mention condition. Values can vary from a few hundred to a few thousand. The early 57 and 58 models are the most valuable but the later ones can also be worth a thousand or so based on condition and the numbers.

You would need to post all the numbers and some photographs to get an accurate estimate.

Super T10s (1974 and later) used after the Muncie aren't a good comparison for values on the early T10s.

Some early bell housings are valuable too. It depends on what you have. Full size Chevy and Corvette guys go crazy for this stuff. I've got a few T10s myself, and could use a side cover with a mid January 1962 date.
