Thanks. I found a guy selling this transmission cheap and he says it came out of his 89 2wd Chevy S-10. Is this the transmission I am looking for to do the 700r4 swap? Do I need to rebuild it or is it good to go as is? Should I also get the converter if he has it or will my converter from my T350 work? I am a noob when it comes to the whole 700r4 swap. All the posts I read about it really don't give full details as to what I need. I have putting bits and pieces together and think I need to do the following. 1) Move my crossmember back 2) Shorten my Driveshaft 3) something about locking the converter (lol) what else am I missing?
