What are you trying to do?
'No Script' limits what a script can do while your surfing/viewing a page with J/S.

I want to limit sites with script but I will also want to be able to trust sites with script that I know. With an add on the add on will then ask if it trust this site.I jut want to know what's a good add on with Firefox

No Script is the one I've been using for quite a while.
It'll do what your asking.

Rob,
Maybe you want to try this.

I tried that one.
Didn't have options -on/off seemed to be it -unless they changed it since I used it..

Why don't you leave Java and Java Scripting on while visiting web sites familiar to you. If you are not sure turn Scripting off. Java should be able to be on all the time.
