Does anybody make a drum to disc conversion brake line kit.I talked to ground up and there brake line kits are made for there brake kit because of a special bracke they use.I need to know what the best way to do the lines is and also do I need to change the prop// valve or can I use my old one?

I think that you can use the drum brake lines with the new disks. I did my '72 that way; it required that the line to the right front brake get a little curvature in it to accomodate the longer combination valve needed by the disks. The distribution block you have will need to be replaced with a combination valve or you will need to add a proportioning vale to limit pressure to the rear brakes. Take a look at the tech ref info here and do a search on disk brake conversions for a lot of good info. As for the front brake hose brackets, the disk brake hoses use a thicker bracket. I remember someone saying that Camaro hoses will work with the old brackets , I have not tried that.

Are you going with 4-wheel discs? If so, you can get an adjustable proportioning valve (like Wilwood). I had mine spliced in rear brake line off the master cylinder. Here's a Picture (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/Alan/Propvalve.jpg) . I haven't braced it to the chassis yet. But I will.

For the brake lines I just bought a set of Fine Lines steel ones for a '71 Chevelle w/4-wheel DRUM. The lines fit perfectly after some slight tweaking. If you have 4-wheel drum this will work as you can continue to use the distribution valve down on the chassis. Existing brackets work as well (at least with the '72 full-size Chevy car front brake hoses I used. Basically a bolt-on operation, expect for getting the adjustable proportioning valve spliced into a brake line where you want it.

Crowenate,
Don't know 'inline' but bought my conversion lines from 'Rightstuff'. EXCELLENT service and parts. When I was having a problem (couldn't figure out how the new lines were routed) the tech support was super. I really can't recommend them highly enuff! Call them upfront with any questions!
