Hi Guys,

I need to replace the lower ball joint on the pass side "A" arm. I see that ground-up sells the rivets for the ball joints. Has anybody here replaced their
ball joints and used the rivets to install them?
Can the rivets be installed without removing the A-arm? Thanks, Brian

I'm pretty sure only the upper arm has rivets holding the balljoint in. The lowers are pressed in.

Yep, uppers are riveted, lowers are pressed in.

Do the replacments from a parts store look like the originals, or would I be better off ordering it from Ground-Up? Thanks again,Brian

I get mine locally. Places like Kragen (CKS) will loan you the tool to put them in for free.
