Hello all,

I just installed all the hard brake lines in my 66 and was installing the rubber brake hose in the rear that connects the right and left line. But theres no junction block to connect them together. I can't seem to find them listed in any resto catolog or Fine Lines or anywhere. Does anyone know who might sell something like this.

Also looking for a junction block for the front too.

Thanks

Corey

Have you got a shop manual for your car? If so, take a look at a photo of the rear axle. It may show you what that part is supposed to look like. I have only later Chevelles and the junction block for the rear brakes is part of the hose. Maybe you got the wrong hose?

Nope, the earlier cars used a separate block at the rear. The two hard lines and the flex hose all screwed into the block.

The block is reproduced now. Contact The Right Stuff or Hinshaws Chevelles (who carries the whole Right Stuff line). I'm not sure about the front block, you may need to score that from a parts car. Ask The Right Stuff, they may be reproducing it now.
