Go to Goodmarks website. Click on tech and they have a link to a magazine article showing step by step how to do it.. Probably not something you want to tackle if you have never done anything like this. Or don't have the proper tools.

I see you made it out of the classifieds. :D

Lots of threads here on that. Just put the words, quarter panel removal, into the search link (http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=192119) at the top of this page. Here's one to get you started.... http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=238135

Be sure to post pics and ask lots of questions. At least let us know how it goes. Nothing like having someone post a question and you never hear from them again. :D

How do you learn if you don't do. And he can buy the tools as he goes along. We have all done it at one time or another.

I think the GoodMark link is for replacing a Malibu 1/4 though. :D

Take your time. Grid and fit ,grind and fit ,grind and fit. Don.t weld them until you get them where you want. DO 1 SIDE AT A TIME. gary
