I'm BBQ'ing a beer can chicken.

We will be having ribeye - grilled. HOWEVER, there are some very good ribs recipies here... I will try them soon.

'Course, in Tucson, you just have to put the meat on the hood of a car and it will cook right up! :D

Just finished up 2 slabs of Baby Back ribs, I have been working on them since yesterday at 5. Letting them set for an hour, in the mean time enjoying a real nice cocktail or 2.
