Well after sitting on them for a couple months, this past weekend I finnaly got my Air springs and BMR lower arms installed on my 70 elky.

Big thanks to TC member Cam Sweet for letting me use his shop and his expertise... graemlins/beers.gif

I'm really happy with the air springs- they did exactly what I wanted them to- raise the rear about about 1"(was too low)- The Lower arms went on real easy, and look super compared to the old crusty unboxed ones they replaced.

I didn't really notice a major difference in handling... But I don't have a rear sway bar to bolt up yet- and the upper arms are still the stockers- and judging by the old lower bushings- the upper bushings are shot too... Also I do have the rear jacked up a bit right now playing with rear height, I'll have to drop the pressure in the bags down to 10lbs and see how it handles then...

I ordered a set of BMRs boxed uppers a couple weeks ago- so now I Can't wait to get them and get them installed as well. I guess next up is a 1" rear bar to accent the 1 1/4" bar I already have up front... smile.gif
Anyway, just wanted to report in how the intsall went!
