I was wondering about using some synthetic grease on my new body bushings when i install them, in order to protect them from road grime. Would this be a good idea or not? tongue.gif

Does road grime damage them anyway?

I've also heard that grease damages rubber over time so probably not a good idea on rubber body bushings. Don't know how true that is, though.

Body to frame bushings should be installed dry. Bolts should have anti-siez on threads

i agree no grease, if anything grease would attract the dirt
