Does anyone know the "Help" package #, or any other number. I think there is a right side & a left side.

I just bought one from Auto Value parts store here for my 11 inch rear drums. Yes there is a right hand thread, and left hand thread for the other side. On my 69 cutlass, passenger side was marked R and drivers side marked L. The star adjuster came in a Wagner package. But I suspect you have 9.5 inch drum brakes, so my part number wont be correct for you. NAPA will carry this wheel also. Mine cost 9 bucks cdn.
