I use Drag 2003 by the same people as Dyno 2003. In fact you can import your engines you make in Dyno 2003 and Dyno2000 into the Drag 2003 to test out. Seems good to me but I'm not professional so I can't comment on its accuracy but it's easy and fun to use. I think they have newer more advanced versions now if you want to pay some big bucks.
