: Rotisserie recommendations??

Hey guys, I am looking into buying a rotisserie for some things I need to do on the 69. I need to have some media blasting done, painting the under carriage (or coating not sure yet) and of course the body work. All of which i need to move the car around to each of these locations, so the rotisserie would be a huge benefit. Does anyoe have any suggestions on the best one to get (not looking for the top of the line, just something that is good and gets the job done). Second, after I am done with the unit, what do you guys think of just renting it out? Do you see a great market for that? Or should I just re-sell it and try and make some money back! Thanks

do a search, there's a bunch of info on it. Nest bet is to make one, if you can weld and use a chop saw an drill, you'll be good to go. Try this link and see if it's what you'd like. I'm thinking of building this one myself....

I think that'll work, you probably just need to cut and paste the addy.

What link appears to lead to nowhere, nowhere, nowhere (that's supposed to simulate an echo).

Might suggest you look inot buying a used one from someone doing the same thing before you. I hate to spend money on buying a brand new items (unless their car parts).

I have an AutoTwirler Plus and love it. I think it was about $1,200. I am also planning to sell mine when I'm done with it, hopefully within the next month!

Check into shipping before making a decision. I thought about buying one but decided I could build one almost as cheap as the shipping was going to cost.
I have a little different idea on my design, Instead of using engine stand style Im building mine more like a cherry picker. Mine will be like 2 cherry pickers on each side of the body not in front and behind this way I can wheel it onto the body and mount body by myself.

Thanks for the kind words Ken. I'm running a Holley Commander 950 so the other fuel line is a return.

Im also in the market if youd like to sell. I may be able to come get it if the price is right.

Here are some pictures of mine. Not the pittiest but only thing into it is the wire for the welder and time. Had the scrap metal at work.

I'm thinking a couple hundred to make this, I had some steel laying around, but even if you went out and bought the steel it shouldn't cost to much, anyway here it is. http://www.1969supersport.com/roto.html
