I want to convert to 4 wheel discs this summer using one of the kits I saw in OPGI's catalog, the Bear Claw EradiSpeed Baer kits. If I do this upgrade would I need new wheels? Right now i've got 16x8 TTII's.

It depends on the brake rotor diameter. What size are those Baer Eradispeeds?
