Quick question, over the past few days I've noticed my wipers acting a bit strange, when i would toggle my switch for the wipers - i noticed i have to "play" with it a bit to get them to turn on/off. Now they just wont work at all, and are 1/2 up my window. When i try to push them down manually, they wont budge. So here are my questions:

1) is there a way to manaully move them back to the starting position?
2) I THINK the problem is electrical, where should i start troubleshooting?
3) Which wire and fuse control the windshield wiper?

There is a relay mounted on the firewall by the distributor. The relay supplies power to the wiper motor. Start by making sure it is screwed down good and tight to the firewall, that's how it gets it's ground.

If you look at the cowl area, at the base of the windshield, you will see where the wiper arms connect to the motor. Loosen the two nuts on the wiper arm and slip it off. Now you can move the wiper blades down. Once you fix the electrical problem, reconnect the wipers.
