A suggestion, First, try using two seals on the shaft. Chances are the shaft may have a groove it it from years of use. second, Pull the pan and install a new shaft.
Mine is also leaking on my 700R4 (same as a 350-T) Mine will leak when parked, Mine will not leak while driving. ( the oil is out of the pan).
Pull the old seal and grind some material off of it, Make it about half as thick as it was, Now insert it on the shaft and install a new seal. Now the new seal will be in a different location on the shaft.
If you have a groove in the shaft and the old seal is used as a spacer the new seal may work. It may be worth a try.
