Want to know safe way to remove lower control arm
to instal new bushings.

Front or Rear? What I did was drill out the rubber inbeteen the metal sleeve and the outer shell. It's messy/ Then either start the shells walking out with an air chisel, or SFH (opposite of Big F%$#ing Hammer).

Use a press or fab up a piece of all thread and some plate to "Pull" them back in.
