Anybody know of a source for an aftermarket " hollow" upgrade sway bar for my 66 .....most I have seen are solid and add about 20-25lbs to the front end TIA

Have you tried - http://www.quickor.com/ They are pretty good at making sway bars and I believe they even do custom jobs. Might be worth a shot and perhaps they even make a hollow bar for your application.
