Hello, Im at my wits end here staring at fittings. I have a set of brand new steel trans cooler lines with male inverted flare fittings.. you know the ones that go into the radiator. The problem in I dont want to plug into the radiator, i want to use a dedicated cooler.
All i need to do convert that male inverted flare (5/16" i think it is) to and -6AN fitting so i can hook up to the new cooler. But for the life of me i cant find any fitting that can make this happen! I want to do the whole thing in hard line. I would rather not have to cut and re-flare, if i did it would have to be 5AN (5/16" tube) and they dont make a 5AN to 6AN adapter either. I really dont want to have to run all new tubing since i have a great fitting set of prebents.
Can anyone help me out here?
