My PS pump is shot and also will be performing a GC gearbox swap. Hydroboost is planned in the future, and there is a 2 line return available.

Any issues mounting this pump on my 70’ ?

mounting hardware will be metric and i think they moved the location of the stud on the rear of the pump somewhere along the lines.
and you'd have to swap the pressure fitting on the back with the one from your stock pump if you want to use your stock hoses- unless if you swapped in the GC steering box right away, in which case you could just get pressure lines for the T Type from NAPA- since a HB is in the future some time, you could get all the hoses now and just tie the pump-to-booster and booster-to-steering box lines together with some sort of a junction now, which would make the booster a 10 minute install when the time came to put it in.

Thanks, Derrick.

I plan on swapping pump, lines, and GC box at the same time.

What can be done about the different stud location?

The reservoir has 2 return lines. I would cap/plug one until it’s time for hydroboost.

They look the same except the reservoir size. Will my pulley work? The chevelle pump shaft looks a tad bit smaller from the pics.

you will need a pulley from a later car or truck with a pressed on pulley- sounds like a junkyard score to me.
