I'm trying to fugure out what calipers to use w/ my rear disc swap. I have Seville backing plates w/ T/A 11" rotors. I can not find a caliper that will fit so far. I cannot use Seville calipers cuz the right one blocks shock mount & e brake cables would not work w/ my 10" rallys. I want to use front calipers w/ FO_FDYFO's e brake setup.
But, what front ones will fit? The Seville calipers are wider then the fronts I have seen. I have the large Caddy stuff also. I'm puttin all of this stuff on a 12 bolt also. I tried the B body calipers from my tall spindles & they don't fit right? Any ideas? This **** is getting frustrating! graemlins/angry.gif Thanx 2 all! JOHN

Well, Not sure if this will help or not, but you may be stuck using those calipers and using a different rotor. It is my understanding that the Seville used the 'small' rear caliper backing plate and only had solid 10" rear rotors. If that's the case, no caliper will work with the TA 11" rear rotors. Have you got a picture of the backing plates?

Otherwise, several people have used the smaller front calipers like those on mid-80's camaros and such for the rears and either did the 454 ebrake system or didn't put one on.

Good luck,
